Kokomo beats Eastern 4-1 Caleb Taflinger- W 6-0, 6-0 Micah Taflinger- W 6-​1, 6-2 Mitch McClelland- W 6-​1, 6-​1 Blake/Mayfield- W 6-3, 6-4 Moos/McClain- L 6-1, ​5-7, 6-3 ​I was very pleased that every point improved from our mid-season match with Eastern. Singles guys played great and stayed locked in through the entire match. Our #1 doubles team won in 3 sets the first time around and tonight won in straight sets. Eastern's #2 doubles team was undefeated and our guys played terrific! We only won 3 games the first time we played and tonight we went three sets and were right there. Shawn's teams always play well at the end of the year and their team really made us better tonight. Our group is playing good tennis, plays for each other and has put in the work this season. I'm so thankful to be coaching this group of young men.
