Varsity vs Cass (3 - 2) Win The Kokomo Lady Kats battled through a five-set match to defeat Lewis Cass on the road, taking the match 25-20, 25-20, 25-27, 17-25, 15-13. Junior Bella Richards racked up 26 kills on 35 swings with just 3 errors (.657 hitting), while sophomore Myla Lacy added 14 kills on 33 attempts (.242). Abrashia Moore chipped in 7 kills. Senior setter Torre Willis ran the offense with 50 assists. On the defensive side, Richards had 15 digs and senior Tia Williams added 11. Kokomo (5–5) closed out the fifth set 15-13 to secure the victory. We will travel to the Chesterton Invitational this weekend then play at Peru on Monday evening.
