Kokomo Athletics

Tonight all 10 girls were able to play at an away match, some of them playing a different course for the first time in a match setting! The wind was definitely a factor, but even the Logansport girls were talking about how tough the greens were tonight. I was so proud of all of them keeping calm and trying to get used to an away course. Only 5 of the girls have played in a match NOT at home this year as most of our scheduled matches are at home, which can be a big disadvantage. We are still young and get very used to our fast and readable greens, making a different course a challenge. Our girls stepped up to the challenge and stayed calm on a strange course! We are back in action at home Wednesday and Thursday and will be at the Round Barn Invite Saturday morning!
