Boys Tennis Varsity vs Leo Jr-Sr High School (4 - 1) Win Boys Tennis Varsity vs Carroll-Ft Wayne (2 - 3) Loss Kokomo lost to Carroll-Fort Wayne 2-3 in the first match and beat Leo 4-1 in the 2nd match Caleb Taflinger- won both in straight sets Micah Taflinger- won both in straight sets Mitch McClelland- lost first and won second Our #1 doubles team faced tough competition and lost both today, and #2 doubles lost vs Carroll and won vs Leo. We tried different combinations each match. Carroll is ranked in top 25 again this year and again we lost 3-2. We were right there. Caleb and Micah played really good against some solid opponents, but we couldn't get that third point. Against Leo, Our team played very well. They moved their best player to #1 doubles, but we were much more competitive that 2nd match in doubles. Moos/McClain played outstanding and won, and all three of our singles players won in straight sets comfortably. It was a good day of tennis.
