Varsity vs McCutcheon The Kats made the long trek to Lafayette to battle the winds and the Mavericks. The Kats were 10 shots better than last night, but it wasn't enough on a course they had never played before. The Mavs were 9 strokes better on the day. The Kats had four golfers that shot under 45 today. Leading the way was once again Ashtyn Goff at 42, but right behind him was Jack Verlee and Camden Whaley who both carded 43's on the day. Mitchell McClelland rounded out the scoring with a 44. The kids are continuing to get better, and once they can get rid of the "one bad hole", they will be even better. The Kats play Saturday in the Howard County Tournament at Chippendale Golf Course.
