Kokomo Athletics

The Wildkats traveled to Chippendale Golf Course to take on cross town rival Western in a dual match. On an absolute brilliant day, the Kats struggled with the tight course and came away licking their wounds after losing by 19 shots. The Kats were led by Mitchell McClelland's 43, Nathan Lay's 44, and Ashtyn Goff's 46. Jack Verlee and Canaan Horner both shot 49 for the Kats. It wasn't our best day today, but we will look to improve tomorrow as we travel to Lafayette to face the McCutcheon Mavericks on their home course.
