Varsity vs Muncie Central Isaac Flamino tossed a no hitter only allowing one walk while striking out 13 batters on the day. Ben Carey drove in five runs on two hits to lead the Kats past Muncie Central. Carey singled in the second scoring two, singled in the fifth scoring two, and walked in the first scoring one. Kats scored five runs on four hits in the top of the second inning. Brody Bagwell singled, scoring one run, Logan Dockemeyer singled, scoring one run, Carey singled, scoring two runs, and Landon Gibson drew a walk, scoring one run. Bagwell and Carey each collected two hits for Kokomo. The guys had a strong eye at the plate, tallying 10 walks for the game. Harry Blake, Carey, and Gibson led the team with two walks each. Kats play at home on Wednesday against Muncie Central.
