Kokomo Athletics

Our guys came up short Saturday at Roncalli. We matched their hard hitting team with 8 hits, but fell short by a score of 4-2. The future is bright with Sophomore Ben Carey lasting five strong innings giving up three earned runs and striking out one batter. Eli Roe, JJ Gillespie, and Landon Gibson filled the base paths with hard hit doubles, Eli actually had two doubles. Brighton Harris and Isaac Flamino had hits as well with Isaac swiping his first bag of the season. Next up for Kokomo Varsity Wildkats is a game at Lafayette Jefferson on Tuesday starting this seasons newly aligned conference play.
