LadyKats vs Raiders Kokomo Varsity Wildkats Defeated By Harrison Varsity Raiders By GameChanger Media Kokomo Varsity Wildkats fell to Harrison Varsity Raiders 7-3 on Thursday at Kokomo High School. A triple by Spencer Martin on an 0-2 count put Kokomo Varsity Wildkats on the board in the bottom of the third. Anna Hainje tripled to center field, which helped Harrison Varsity Raiders tie the game at one in the top of the fourth. A tag up by Kamryn Popp gave Harrison Varsity Raiders the lead, 2-1, in the top of the fifth. Harrison Varsity Raiders scored five runs on four hits in the top of the sixth inning. Mallory Duell singled, scoring two runs, Bradi Odom singled, scoring two runs, and Ashley Dunk singled, scoring one run. Lilly Kiefer earned the win for Harrison Varsity Raiders. The starter gave up two hits and three runs (two earned) over seven innings, striking out nine and walking two. Emma Lees took the loss for Kokomo Varsity Wildkats. The hurler went seven innings, giving up seven runs on 10 hits, striking out two and walking five. Martin and Kinley Martin each collected one hit for Kokomo Varsity Wildkats. Martin and Brooklyn Smith each drove in one run for Kokomo Varsity Wildkats. Kokomo Varsity Wildkats were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Lucy Goad made the most plays with eight.
