Kokomo got out to a hot start against Tipton and never looked back. The Lady Kats had a 44-9 lead at halftime and slowed the ball down in the second half to work on making solid passes and getting a great shot. The Lady Kats were led by sophomore Bella Richards with 12 points and 6 rebounds. Freshman Jhordyn Brown added 9 points, 4 rebounds and 3 steals. Ma’Kaela Drake contributed 9 points as well with 5 rebounds and 6 steals. Eliana Stewart added 8 points. Satyra Scott contributed 6 assists for the Lady Kats and Aviannah Pollard shot 100% from three hitting 2/2. The Lady Kats are back in action at Muncie Central Tuesday night.
