The Lady Kats (12-5) tamed the tigers of Northwestern Wednesday night after a slow start 63-37. After the first quarter, Kokomo turned up the intensity and never looked back. The Lady Kats scored 40 points off turnovers and had 9 different players score. Ma’Kaela Drake led the Lady Kats with 11 points on 4-9 shooting. Freshman, Jhordyn Brown, had 10 points and 7 steals. Satyra Scott also added 10 points and Avi Pollard contributed 9 points on 3-4 from the 3. Amara Stroman led the team with 4 assists and Eliana Stewart led the team with 5 rebounds.
