The Kokomo Lady Kats start the season 2-0 with a win over West Lafayette 54-31 Tuesday night. It was an absolute battle in the first half and the game was back and forth. After halftime, the Lady Kats came alive and won the second half 31-11. Eliana Stewart led all scorers with 13 points, 10 rebounds, 5 steals and 4 assists. Amara Stroman added 10 points and 5 steals. Satyra Scott contributed 9 points and Jhordyn Brown added 8 with 4 rebounds and 4 steals. The Lady Kats are back in action against Peru at home on Thursday. GO KATS.
