The Kats traveled to Lafayette Jeff last Friday night and fell 23-38. We played a great first half of football, but were bit by the turnover bug again in the 2nd half. All of our turnovers led to 21 points by the Bronchos. Offensively, we were led by Brixton Morris who had 25 carries for 223 yards and 2 touchdowns. Baris Moore also added his first touchdown of the season. Defensively, we were led by Khairi Floyd with 8 tackles. Eli Moore added 2 tackles for a loss. We played well defensively only giving up 53 yards rushing. Hopefully we can bounce this week when we host Muncie Central for homecoming. Go Kats.
