18 holes at Roundbarn Matilda Stout-106 Averie Stiner-97 Emily Bianco-125 Izzy Barker-120 Meghan Truax-134 Team Score-448 We we were looking at 18 hole scores and have improved 38 strokes since our first 18 hole match! (486-474-448)! It just shows how much these girls have worked to improve and are hungry to learn more about what is keeping them from accomplishing their very high goals for themselves. We are absolutely so proud of how hard they have worked and continue to work daily. They ask questions, practiced putting drills for almost 2 hours on one of the hottest days of the year, chipped for hours, and perfected swings at the driving range. One of this weeks focuses was learning distances of the clubs we hit, learning to use a range finder (especially freshmen), and to think through a shot before choosing what to do. These girls are absorbing it all and just wanting to get better each match. We have Tuesday, Wednesday, and 18 hole match Saturday this week (Tipton match that was supposed to be Thursday got moved due to Tipton girls being in the Pork Festival pageant).
