Kokomo Boys tennis beats McCutcheon 4 - 1. Caleb Taflinger (11) won 5-7, 6-1, 6-0 Micah Taflinger (10) won 6-1, 6-0 Mitch McClelland (10) won 6-0, 6-0 Josiyah Mayfield (10)/Austin Moos (9) won 6-2, 6-2 Harry Blake (11)/Easton Douglas (11) lost 4-6, 6-3, 10-5 McCutcheon is no longer in our conference, but still a solid win for the Kats. Mitch and Micah played great the entire night. Both were extremely consistent. Caleb started horrible, but then rallied to play really well the last 2 sets. I'm really proud of #1 doubles as they are growing every day. They both are brand new to varsity level, but play smart, play together and keep improving. Our #2 doubles team has experience and just needs to get healthy, practice together more and keep their heads up.
