Kokomo's golf team traveled to Grissom to play in the inaugural Armed Forces tournament at Leaning Tree golf course. The Kats shot a season best 171 to earn second place over Peru. Logansport came away with a 9-shot victory. The Kats were led by a trio of golfers tonight as Mitchell McClelland, Damian Kunz, and William Nelson all carded 41's. Ashtyn Goff shot 48 and in the JV match, Nathan Lay was 5th best overall with a 47. The Kats travel to Peru Saturday.
