Thursday night the Katfish traveled to Western High School to take on the Panthers in the regular meet of the season. Despite having a full roster this season, the Katfish fell to a strong Panther team 45-138. First place finishes include: Talon Hawkins in the 100 Freestyle. All in all, we had some good swims (being a young team), and many of our swimmers met/exceeded expectations with their goal times. Oliver Taskey and Isaac Flamino had great swims in their first 500 Free outing, Rylan Early competed in his first 100 Fly, and Ethan Landrum went under :30 seconds in his 50 Free. As always, still a ton of work to be done in the pool prior to sectionals in a few weeks. The Katfish are back at it again on Thursday, February 15 at Carmel for Boys Sectional Prelims!
