The Kokomo Lady Kats got a big conference win on Senior Night 70-31 against Muncie Central to secure 3rd place in the conference. Our seniors played tremendous together and were very aggressive all night. Seniors include: Maddie Carpenter, Mia Castillo, Aijia Elliott, Indiria Faison, Darriuna Kirby and Kamaria White. All of these seniors are four-year seniors for the Lady Kats and have been very dedicated to the program. We are very thankful for them and in their four years thus far, their record overall has been 49-39. Aijia Elliott led all scorers with 19 points on 8/11 shooting, and 6 rebounds. Kamaria White added 10 points, 4 assists and 4 steals. Ma'Kaela Drake contributed 8 points and 3 steals. Satyra Scott had 6 points and Avi Pollard had 5 points. Seniors, Darriuna Kirby and Indiria Faison both contributed 4 points as well. We host Tipton on Thursday night for a Varsity only contest at 6pm. GO KATS. -Coach Haley Peckinpaugh
