No. 7 Kokomo (6-2) ended its five-game road trip with a 59-51 win at Carmel. The Kats brought to a halt an eight-game skid at Carmel and earned its first win at the Home of the Greyhounds since the 1998-1999 campaign. Flory Bidunga led Kokomo with 20 points (8 for 9 FG, 4-5 FT), 13 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 blocked shots and 2 steals. It was Flory’s 55th career double-double in his 64th game. Senior Karson Rogers added 15 points and Zion Bellamy dropped in 11. Kokomo hosts the 4th Annual Phil Cox Memorial Holiday Tournament on Dec. 22-23 at Memorial Gym (bracket is attached) and travels to the Hall of Fame Classic on Dec. 30 to close out 2023.
