The Lady Kats had a great team conference win against Lafayette Jeff on Wednesday night to start the season 2-0 in conference play. We had 9 different players score and 3 in double-digits. We had a season high 21 assists. We took the best possible shot most of the night and really worked on playing our basketball. Aijia Elliott led all scorers with 29 points shooting 11-18 from the field and 5 steals. Satyra Scott shot 100% from the field going 5-5 with 13 points and 4 assists. Regan McClain shot perfect from 3 going 3-3 and adding 10 points and 7 rebounds. Kamaria White contributed 8 points and 4 assists. Many other Lady Kats contributed in different ways to help Kokomo get the big win. The Lady Kats are back in action against western at home next Tuesday. GO KATS. -coach Haley peckinpaugh
