The Kokomo Lady Kats lost a tough one to #9 ranked West Lafayette Saturday night 42-31. Kokomo played great defense but it wasn’t enough with the amount of turnovers we had throughout the game. We competed and showed that we are talented enough to win against ranked teams if we take care of the ball and trust each other on the floor. Aijia Elliott led the way with 12 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks. Ma’Kaela Drake added 7 points. Kamaria White had 4 points, 6 rebounds and 3 assists.
