Under a picture-perfect Saturday morning sky, the Lady Kats celebrated Senior Day by putting on one of their most impressive offensive performances of the season, routing Muncie Central 14-1 in front of a energetic home crowd. Before kickoff, the program honored eight outstanding members of the graduating class who have anchored the team's growth, leadership, and culture throughout their high school careers: Annabella Steele Gisella Herrera Elaina Gibson Anna De Fazio Kate Rivera Jariyah Malone Euna Kim Ashlynn Stalter (Team Manager) The match opened with non-stop pace as the Lady Kats displayed selfless team soccer, sharing the ball cleanly and finding open teammates across the pitch. An overwhelming wave of offensive pressure yielded a massive 9-0 lead by halftime, with goals coming from a wide array of contributors: Gisella Herrera, Elaina Gibson, Kate Rivera, Mattilynn Rayl, and Anna De Fazio. In a shortened second half, the Lady Kats kept their foot on the gas while giving several players opportunities to find the scoresheet.
