So proud of our seniors and what they have meant to this program.  Oliver Taskey(14-3) is a great athlete, who works so hard. He is extremely coachable, embraces improving, listens well, and is our most improved player from last year! Jo'Siyah Mayfield(14-3) was a little off my radar in middle school. He was on JV his freshman year, and from that point dedicated himself to the game of tennis. I have never seen a player transform so much in a short period of time. He has been a steady #1 doubles player for me the past 3 years. He truly loves the game of tennis and has been such a blessing to our program. Mitch McClelland(15-2) is my steady guy! He just chips away, grinds and relentlessly fights every match. He has really grown into a leader and has taught our team how to compete. It is so nice as a coach to be able to have that consistent point I can trust every night. I love his toughness! Micah Taflinger(14-3) is a tennis dawg. He loves to hit, practice, improve and is a great athlete. Of all the players I've coached the past 6 years, he has the best mental approach! Never gets too high or low on himself, but just pushes through every night. He loves to practice, has a great attitude and leads this team by example. I'm a blessed coach. Having these four players grow and then sustain our program is very fortunate. They are pillars that will be hard to replace! They are tremendous students and just all-around great men!
