The Kats headed south to play in the NCC tournament at Brookshire Golf Club in Carmel. The Kats were looking to defend their crown as they won last year by 23 strokes, but the Kats fell a bit short finishing second place behind the Richmond Red Devils. The Kats had a slight lead heading into 18 and things unraveled quickly. Four Kokomo golfers finished as All Conference Players. Leading the way was Ashtyn Goff at 84, Jack Verlee at 88, and Canaan Horner and Camden Whaley each carded 89's. The Kats have one more match against Tipton next week before Sectionals June 8.
