Kokomo vs Tippecanoe Valley High School, 5-0 Win Caleb Taflinger W 6-0, 6-0 Harry Blake W 6-3, 6-4 William Nelson W 6-0, 6-2 Doubles: Chad Washburn/Micah Taflinger W 6-2, 6-0 Ari Leger/Andrew Guerre W 6-0, 6-1 Our four seniors all came out and got a win tonight.  I'm so proud of their commitment and perseverance to Kokomo tennis.  We had some lean years and they kept growing, bought in and helped build our program.Ari and Andrew are really close friends and wanted to play one match together. They had a lot of fun.  They are the pillars of our team and it was fun to watch them play together so well.Chad and Micah are playing so well! It really looks like doubles. Chad has been a senior who has played a lot of JV this year, but never stopped improving. They have some great chemistry. William jumped in and took care of his match quickly.  He has been part of our team for four years and it is always special to reward players for their commitment.I have coached these guys for three years and I'm going to miss them dearly.  They are good students, have tremendous character and are the perfect teammates.  Anything we have accomplished this year should be credited to their leadership.
