The Kats traveled to Dykeman Golf Course in Logansport to play in the Logansport Invitational. The weather was chilly with a bit of a breeze, but it didn't stop the Kats from posting their lowest score in several years at 335. Mitchell McClelland had a steady, smooth day shooting a 6-over par 76 to lead the Kats. Ashtyn Goff had shoe issues from the start, but was still able to card an 82 while Camden Whaley 88 and Canaan Horner 89 also scored for the Kats. Jack Verlee, 93, had a few issues on the course, but we all expect him to come back stronger than ever on Thursday against the Peru Tigers at the Rock. As of the now, no results have been shared regarding place in the field.
