Kokomo's gymnastics meet on 2/14 Meet Location: Connersville High School (Connersville Invitational) Participating Schools: 14 (Kokomo, Columbus North, Connersville, Franklin Central, Franklin County, Lapel, Morristown, New Palestine, Noblesville, Northeastern, Roncalli, Seymour, Tri, Union County) Event/Score/Placing: Beam  9.225 2nd (40 gymnasts competed) The Connersville Invite is always a highlight of the season with featuring 50 gymnasts from 14 different schools and this year was no exception. It was a day full of great gymnastics. Megan has had a challenging few weeks of practice dealing with the fractured pinky, but she came out ready to compete on Saturday morning. Beam was the last event for our rotation, so Megan had to wait quite a while to showcase her skills, but she came through. I'm proud of her determination and willingness to not give up. Next Meet: Thursday, Feb. 19 - at The Gymnastics company vs Roncalli and Franklin Central (This will be Megan's senior night) *If you have a gymnastics shirt and would want to wear it on Thursday I know Megan would appreciate the support!
