The Lady Kats returned home for the first time since December 17 and made it count with a dominant 55–28 win over Tipton. Kokomo’s defensive pressure set the tone, as the Kats forced 26 points off turnovers and finished with 19 steals as a team. Eliana Stewart and Satyra Scott led the scoring with 14 points each, with Stewart also recording an impressive seven steals. Jhordyn Brown and Akiera Huntsman added seven points apiece, with Brown contributing four steals and Huntsman protecting the rim with three blocks. Ziyae Tyler provided tremendous energy off the bench, chipping in five points and valuable minutes. It was a true all-around team effort on both ends of the floor for Kokomo. The Lady Kats are back in action Friday on the road at Richmond. Go Kats 🐾 - Coach Haley Peckinpaugh
